NPHC
The National Park Homes Council (NPHC) is a specialist division of the National Caravan Council. As the trade association for the UK caravan industry, the NCC is responsible for setting industry standards.
The NCC is a not-for-profit membership organisation. It works with its member companies for the benefit of the consumer. Members include the leading residential park home manufacturers, park operators and specialist suppliers of products and services.
The NPHC and its members are committed to continual improvement in quality and raising levels of customer satisfaction.
NPHC Conciliation Service
When you own a park home, usually everything is fine. However, in the unlikely event that you have a complaint about the park, or your home, providing the supplier is a member of the NCC/NPHC, then you can use the free conciliation service.
